Training

For several years, Clark Associates has offered “live” training for our clients’ employees and supervisors. We now offer online training as well – both are fully compliant with California’s AB1825 requirements.

Live training is particularly effective when an employer wants to reiterate non-harassment and discrimination policies, target specific concerns, and reinforce organization-wide standards for behaving and reporting problems.

Online training is ideal for re-training employees who have received training in the past. Many employers choose to take all employees through periodic re-training to maintain a healthy workplace and decrease the risk of costly discrimination, harassment, or other claims. We are pleased to partner with LawRoom to offer interactive, web-based training (eLearning).
