For several years, Clark Associates has offered “live” training on Preventing Sexual Harassment for our clients’ employees. We now offer online training as well – both are fully compliant with California’s AB1825 requirements.

Live training is particularly effective when an employer wants to reiterate non-harassment and discrimination policies, target specific concerns, and reinforce organization-wide standards for behaving and reporting problems.

Online training is ideal for re-training employees who have received training in the past. Supervisory employees must complete re-training every two years. Many employers choose to take all employees through periodic re-training to maintain a healthy workplace and decrease the risk of costly discrimination and harassment claims. We are pleased to partner with LawRoom to offer interactive, web-based training (eLearning).

eLearning has the advantages of being:

  • Consistent – messages, training, content quality
  • Efficient – can deploy quickly for the entire workforce; no lag time between hiring/promotion and training
  • Convenient – employees complete training on their own schedule; less disruption to work schedules; eliminates hassle of scheduling training meetings
  • Effective – studies have shown that employees learn and retain more in less time
  • Trackable – employers can track employees’ progress electronically and print certificates of completion

The supervisory and non-supervisory Anti-Harassment courses are a gateway to an entire training catalog that can supplement current in-house and outside training programs.
